I'm glad to have started this wonderful forum-based community... and now it's getting it's own main site. Before I go into detail about the site and what this site has to offer I would like to share a bit of history about this growing community.

    Nintendo255 Forums was started September 23rd, 2007 on Invision Free Boards with around 3 members. Our forum was home to a great small community and we all agreed, we need that community to grow. From December 2007 on, a staff member of ours decided to start a new customizable game titled "Battlezone". That and a little advertising slowly rose our numbers from a lowly 3 to a good 25. The IF forum went through a beating starting in 2008 after spam bots started attacking the now 25 active members of N255. In April 2008, I announced that Nintendo255 would be expanding from a forum community to a full blown Nintendo news/fan-forum community and website. Now that May has arrived, this site and a new PHPBB3 forum has been set in place and my members and staff have never been happier.

   Now that you know a brief history behind Nintendo255 I'd like to explain what exactly this site is and what it has to offer. Nintendo255 is first and foremost a Nintendo Fan Community, I started it for me and others to show appreciation for the Big N. This site will soon have the latest Nintendo news as fast as possible as well as a few Nintendo255 exclusive features such as the soon-to-be Nintendo255 Online Arena and the game currently under development, Battlezone. I'm glad to be here today writing this. I didn't start Nintendo255 out of boredom, I did it out of passion. I hope you'll join this growing community.
